From the first question to the actual check-in and assistance during the entire stay, the Guest Support Team handles all guest-related issues. Our crew is multilingual and available around-the-clock to provide our guests with the finest possible support.
The administrative support team manages the back end of the company, which includes building access, permits, DET check-ins and check-outs, security deposits, platform difficulties, and any other requirements related to airbnb and regulatory compliance.
All issues pertaining to hosts are managed by the Client Support Team. The team is here to assist with any questions, whether they are related to an Owner Stay or a Monthly Statement explanation. This group is also in charge of updating our KYC and renewing permissions.
The goal of the Revenue Support Team's involvement in the property's revenue management is to maximize our owners' profits by maintaining accurate pricing throughout the year.
