Design and Styling Project
We refer to it as a ‘Styling Project’ when it involves less than a complete furnishing overhaul. This might include properties that are partially furnished or cases where only decor or guest essentials are needed. We collaborate with you within your budget to prepare the property for short-term rental. For smaller styling projects, our turnaround time is one week.

How does it work?
Initial assessment
For every property we furnish, we begin with an initial assessment to evaluate the space and determine what is feasible or required. During this stage, we also present examples of similar properties and design concepts from our recent projects.
Design Contract
For Full Projects, the client selects the Interior Design Package. For Styling Projects, our team provides a quote for all required items, which the client then approves.
Implementation
Our interior design team starts the project with defined deadlines to ensure it is completed quickly and efficiently, allowing you to start earning revenue as soon as possible.
